It’s been seven months since we entering the year 2022, many changes and many also didn’t changes. It’s the same with our Interior Design, some designs will make a big comeback that makes us shocked, and some need to be remodeled and re-adjust. Let’s take a look at Top Interior Design That Will Make A Big Impact In 2022’s Home Design World.
1. Biophilic Design
Biophilic design is focused on making a visual connection with Nature by having natural lighting and ventilation in your house. And since this is about getting a visual connection with the natural world then we also need to incorporate plants around the house to make it more calming and ease our feeling.
2. Bold Colors and Patterns
We will be expecting more home designs that incorporate bold colors and patterns. 2022 is about a year where we will go bold or go old. Beth Diana Smith from Beth Diana Smith Interior Design claims that we will see a lot of bold colors and patterns reminiscent of the 60s and also 70s. Her favorite color is muted shade of green for this year, what about you?
3. Go Big With Traditional Details
What happen in the past couple of years make us anxious and unease throughout the year, and because of this we will see a big comeback in traditional detail for interior design. Bria Hammel from Bria Hammel Interiors claims that people are craving a sense of comfort and bring back a nostalgic feeling from before all this happen. That is why we will see a lot of people use traditional details for their Interior Design.
4. Sustainability
Again and again, sustainability is becoming a huge issue for everyone on our little blue planet. And right now, many designers are starting to look into the best materials that we can use for the long-term health of our little ecosystem.
5. Rooms for Work
From working outside to working inside, from learning outside to learning inside. The world is changing and so is our room design. It’s been a couple of years since that Virus come to us, and the space for working and learning needs to be incorporated into our home design. Make it as comfy as possible to create an environment for you and your children.
